Title: overclocking

does anyone out there know of a program that i can use to overclock my processer on a Gateway pentium III, if so please help me, it is a 1.0 ghz with a 133 mhz front buss, slow as *censored*, running 100 gig of hd and 512 mem

No reason what you have should be slow.  Scan for virus's, spyware, etc.

i have there is nothing in my computer i have all the updates on Norton And i have spybot in my computer and there is nothing there

That should run relatively fast...  Well, anyways...  Try limiting the programs that run when you boot your computer.
Run ->  MSCONFIG
Then try unclicking some of the programs that are in the startup tab.  Your computer may just be suffering from an overload of programs in the RAM.

Oh, and what OS is this?
