Title: Why this error massage appear

Why this error massage appears each time I turn on computer.
“The application failed to initialize properly ( 0xc0000022).Click on Terminate the application”
Is it because of a  virus . Help me and suggest your ideas.

Did you recently install some new software?

No software is installed recently.
When this massage appear  anti virus  program open( that is symantec antivirus). It shows adware.discovered  as risk.
file name is WINHTTP.dll
threat type is adware
original location is c:\programe files\MSN massanger\
But I could not clean it using this anti virus.

WINHTTP.dll is a legit Windows file, depending on where it's located.

Download HijackThis:
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/hijackthis.html
and post its log at Computer Viruses and Spyware forum.
