Title: laptop keyboard

I logged into my work server from home remotely and went into outlook to create an email. Everytime i pressed an alphabet key, i get a numeric response! is there a quick fix to this.thks

If this is a laptop, have you got 'Numlock' enabled? If you have numlock enabled on a laptop some keys will type as numbers as there used as a normal keyboards number keypad.
