Title: Error loading internet pages
Post by: DRGXPW on September 08, 2007, 09:13:59 PM
Someone asked me recently to see if I can fix their laptop because some web pages wont load at all.  At startup, a rundll error pops up saying "error loading c:\windows\system23\notfaerv.dll. The specified module cannot be found.

I've trying searching online but nothing comes up the laptop is a:

Windows XP media center edition Version 2002
service pack 2

Gateway GT5028
AMD 64 X2 Dual
Core processor 3800+
2.00 GHZ 1.87GB of RAM

They have webroot window washer and AVG anti-virus installed.

Any help would be appreciated.
