Title: Help, dont know what to call it

When ever I try to click on a new email, or when I am at a website and try to go to another page I get a msg with basically the same wording. "The requested url could not be retrieved", then a lot of addys for the url then this, "The following error was encountered: Not enough resource at the proxy side for now, please try this url a little bit later."  what is the proxy side, and why do i get this and can it be fixed. Thank you Becky

-- Free firewall - more user friendly
Sygate Personal (http://smb.sygate.com/products/spf_standard.htm)
-- Free firewall - more configuration options

Check internet settings///and firewall settings.and any other software you have relating to emails.....
