Title: Will This Delete My Photos?

System Preferences says that all my photos are low-resolution and they will be removed from my Mac when I sign out of my parent's iCloud account and the high-resolution ones will remain. Will the low-resolution ones be permanently be deleted? Please help.

Yes. I suggest making a copy on local or external drive for the low resolution ones.
