what would you like to do with the driver? Anyways, it seems that such drivers are included with any Linux Distribution.

A Google sear for "SCSI Driver for Windows" (no quotes) will bring up sites that claim to have the answer. Some may be free.
Otherwise, it is best to go to the site of the manufacturing of the SCSI card your have. Or do you have a MAC?
If you want to put Windows on a Intel based Apple, please say so.

This device is usually the hard drive controller.
Yes, search your manufacturer support drivers website.
