Title: 200 startup problem

hello
I am a complete newbie to computers.
I updated 98se to 2000.
now on start up i get a message that says
c program files/common files/microsoft shard textconv/mswrd632.cnv

this file does not have a program associatted with it for performing this action.create an association in the folders option control panel.

Where do i find the folder option control panel and once there which folder/program do I associatte this with.
If i click ok the system loads and works (albeit slowlly)

From a quick Google search that file Msconv32.dll is a converter for Microsoft Word. This is too much information,I'm sure, but have a read on the cause and effect.

What happened prior to this? Can you do a system restore to a date before it started? What software (Office, Works, etc) is on the machine?

Did you happen to install Office 98 on that now Win2k NT machine ? ?
