Title: Windows 2000 setting
Post by: blahzay on April 23, 2007, 01:05:54 PM
I've got an application that begins and ends its log rotation on Sunday at 00:00 and I need it to begin and end on Monday at 00:00.  Tech support for the application said that there was no way to change the log rotation settings and that I should change the date on the computer as a work around.  Every time I change the date an auto updater changes it back to the correct date.  How do I turn that feature off?

Got on the phone and found the answer...Control Panel, Admin. tools, Services, Windows Time, Properties and simply disable Start Up type.

O and you probably need to manually stop the service status.
