Title: win32.mersting.b trojan

everytime i run my zonealarm antivirus/spyware i pick this up but can't remove this.  Does anyone know of a way i can get this off my system.

I've tried that. none of those sites really give a good explanation on how to remove it.

Run your scan(s) in safe mode with system restore turned off.

try AVG antispyware free like how JPH sugggested
