When booting computer this is the screen you'll see:

This LCD is not mine. If I will reset the "Settings" of LCD where the Brightness, Contrast, Color and etc are found. If I will reset it will turn back to normal

Then if I will restart the computer it will turn back again like this which is not normal:

What do you think guys? Can I still fix this? I think the gamma or the brightness of the LCD is the problem.

Any errors in Device Manager, concerning Monitor, or Display Adapter?
Monitor drivers loaded, video drivers updated?
How old is this LCD?
DVI, or VGA connection?
-
No errors in Device Manager Sir.
This LCD is second-hand Sir.
VGA Sir.
Drivers is already installed and videocard drivers is always updated.
-
Try the monitor with another computer.
-
If I use the CRT the display is ok even if I restart my computer.
-
Then, again, try LCD on other computer.
-
Still no luck Sir Broni.
