Title: password error

Grandson typed  a password into his laptop not realising that he had,and now he can't open his programmes can any one help??

Download the CD from here:
http://www.pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/ (http://www.pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/)

Burn the CD and boot the computer with it inside (first check the boot order(google if you don't know how)). The CD will allow you to remove the password.
