Title: shell32.dll missing from my computer, now my pc won't start

Basically, I was running windows developer preview and I wanted to restore my system to an earlier restore point, therefore I started the restore process. However, the restore process was taking too long, so I cancelled the restore process and restarted my pc. When my pc restarted it gave me an error message: Bootim.exe - system error shelll32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Wghat should i do? P.S. - i have no recovery disks and i am not willing to buy any
THIS IS URGENT!

Did you format over your old windows when installing Preview?

and you want to go back to old windows version or what?   if so get restore or install disks for your old version.

Yes i would but i have no money for any recovery disks, is there any other way? can I just boot from the iso file?

what ISO file...you need to be more specific..

Basically I have an iso file of windows developer preview on my memory stick, can i just boot from that to re-install/recover windows
