Title: Windows 10 on Hp Stream forgot password

I have a HP stream laptop model 11-y010wm that I have forgot the password to. I tried factory resetting it but it then displays a message that says additional space is needed where windows is installed free up some space and try again. Do you have any suggestions? I followed what a YouTube video told me to do with the factory reset and it's not working. And I can't free up space because I can't log in to do so. Thanks

With laptops if the password is forgotten it needs to go to an Authorised Service Center...
Be prepared to show proof of ownership or they won't do a thing...

Note: I just re-read your post...is a Win password we're talkin about ? ? If so what Win ver. ?
