How to open .GHO file under windows?

I had the same problem the solution is, A .GHO file is a Norton Ghost File, so it is a back up file of something. You need to install Norton Ghost and it will read it. Have you ever backed up your computer before with Norton Ghost or something? Here is a link where you can get the software for a free trial.
