Title: Can't get rid of banner ads......

I have download some programs like ad-aware, but still can't clean them up zzZZZ..... :'(

Can you please be more specific, where are the banner ads appering ?
On websites it is normal, I advise never to click banner ads tho.

Why can't you open them up? What does it say when you try?
