Title: bloodhound virus in compac presario windows me desktop.

I am looking to find a solution to rid my older computer of
The bloodhound virus. I have a copy of Norton 2005 internet security. 
I am currently not online. My smartphone is how I communicate.
this is a 2001 model compact presario and Pentium processor
I don't won't to lose it, and I just need to be guided on how to rid
it of this bloodhound virus that it caught years ago when I
was online. Or the proper procedure in order. I am sure it can be
done without going online
Or can it? Or having to take it to a repair shop. I would appreciate
