I'm not a malware expert but after taking a quick look at the HJT file the one that looks suspicious is the...C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\setuper.exe" file. First thing I'd do is download this Edited

That is the one that has me wondering

Found setuper running in processes stopped it running then deleted it from temp folder and run Hijack again

Your log show remnants of Norton on your computer. If you download and run this program, it will get rid of all traces of Norton.
Download the Norton Removal Tool (SymNRT) (http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/Norton-Removal-Tool-for-Windows-2000XPVista/1169144666/1) to your desktop.
Once downloaded please close ALL open browsers, also save any work because this may require a restart.
* Go to your desktop and double click on the 'Norton_Removal_Tool' and then click Setup.
* Once open Click Next
* Accept the license agreement and click Next
* Type in the letters/numbers that you see into the text box then click Next.
* Then click Next and the tool will start running.
* Once finished restart the PC.
* Delete the 'Norton_Removal_Tool' from your desktop.

Download Disable/Remove Windows Messenger (http://www.majorgeeks.com/DisableRemove_Windows_Messenger_d2327.html) to the desktop to remove Windows Messenger.
Do not confuse Windows Messenger with MSN Messenger because they are not the same. Windows Messenger is a frequent cause of popups.
Unzip the file on the desktop. Open the MessengerDisable.exe and choose the bottom box - Uninstall Windows Messenger and click Apply.
Exit out of MessengerDisable then delete the two files that were put on the desktop.

Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.
Copy the contents of the following codebox into the main textfield.

Click the Look button to start the scan.
Note: The scan may take some time so please just let it do its work and be patient (or do something else unrelated to the computer).

Close any open web browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc) before starting ComboFix.
Temporarily disable your anti-virus, and any anti-spyware real-time protection before performing a scan. Click this link (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html) to see a list of security programs that should be disabled and how to disable them.
Vista users Right-click combofix.exe and select Run as Administrator and follow the prompts. (you will receive a UAC prompt, please allow it)
Double-click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, ComboFix will produce a log for you.
Post the ComboFix log and a new HijackThis log in your next reply.
NOTE: Do not mouseclick ComboFix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
Remember to re-enable your anti-virus and anti-spyware protection when ComboFix is complete.
