Both Seagate and Western Digital cut their warranty policies almost in half...

Now is the time to buy a new drive and still get the old warranty.

Hard drives prices are rather high right now.

Buy Western Digital or Seagate and you probably will never have to make use of the warranty. If properly cooled and handled, of course.
