Ok, i have a question, i would like to know if i was on msn , on my webcam, is there a way that the person im on cam for could take pictures of me while i was on cam?

In short, yes
Longer answer - they could use a digital camera, or take screenshots, or use special software to record the webcam

In theory, pressing the "Print Screen" button would do that, as it takes a picture of whatever's on your screen. Would this work with a webcam? I'm not 100% sure, but I think it will.
However, that key is only good for one pic. After that, pressing the key again overwrites the old picture, unless you paste it into Paint or something.
If you don't mind my curiosity... why do you ask?

I'm sorry for your potential embarrassment, but not to sound too much like your mother (lol) let this be a lesson to you
If the pictures are that embarrassing then ask yourself why you did it in the first place
And try asking very nicely for the person not to show the pictures around

You might not have agreed with this, but I hardly think it is an abuse of privileges.
