How exactly do you have your domain pointing to your server?  Also - You may need to forward port 80 on your router.

It also seems that your domain name fubbo.nl is not registered.

Ask your friends to try connecting to your IP.

Ask your friends to try connecting to your IP.

This means your external IP found by going to a site like ipchicken.com.  You will also need to forward the port (Probably 80) on your router.

Try this: http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Thomson-Alcatel/TG787/default.htm (http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Thomson-Alcatel/TG787/default.htm)

You will want to forward port 80 to the local ip address of the computer hosting the site,  you can then access the site using your external ip address which can be found by going to http://www.ipchicken.com (http://www.ipchicken.com)
