Good morning the_meta and welcome to CH

Am I safe to assume that the PS you had also replaced because these PC came stock with a 300 watt?

#1... Check and make sure the 2 (6pin) power connectors are plugged in to the new video card
#2... Make sure the video card is firmly locked into socket
#3... Make sure the motherboards 24 pin ATX power connector is locked into the motherboard
#4... Make sure the 4 pin power connector is plugged into the motherboard (usually 2 yellow & 2 black wires)
#5... Make sure the monitor is plugged into the new video card and if a adapter is used is it firmly pushed in all the way

What company made the power supply some aftermarket PS (power supplies) are underrated and really do not put out true wattage as they are marked.

Hope this helps you. Please let us know how you make out. Mike
