Title: Win 7 upgrade

Hi all, I know this is a cheeky question, but if I upgrade from Win7 home premium
to Ultimate using the "any time upgrade" option, I will get a new key.
can I use my original "Home premiun" on another computer.

No you can't, the old key becomes invalid. The Home Premium license cannot be used again since it formed the basis for the Ultimate Upgrade license.
