Title: Data Backups Using a Batch Program

Hello,  I also posted a similar message in DOS.  I am needing a batch program to backup my end users data (zipped) and transfer it to our ftp file server automatically on the windows task scheduler.  We are running WinXP Pro.  I would like to backup the C:\Documents and settings directories for each user.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you.
