Title: Several Images Don't Show

When I visit some sites, several images don't show, and instead just show the little red "x's" in boxes. Heres an example of one page that does this:

I know its not just the site because it works on other computers. Is there anything running on my computer I need to get out of to make it work or something?

I tried to download that Java thing, but it wouldn't run the installation.

I did all of those except #3 (mine Links bar doesn't show the Toggle Images.exe link) and #6 (I don't know what is wrong with my Nortan Antivirus and Internet Secruity, they are both off and I can't turn them back on for some reason).

It still doesn't show images on some sites though.

Disconnect from the net........and re-boot pc......now norton should come back has it....if so scan for bugs??
