Title: Is my hard disk partitioned?

I'm using a PC with Windows XP Home Edition SP3
Does this operating system have any tool that allows me to know if my hard disk is partitioned?
And if it does, does it tell me what's the size of the partitions?

Right clik My Computer...select Manage...then Disk Management...

This will show all your existing drives and partitions.
