Uninstall Flash, using this: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
Install fresh copy.

Hi, you can try to upgrade your flash player, and make sure it is suitable to your browser.

That was already suggested.
... and make sure it is suitable to your browser.
And, what does this mean?   ::)

suitable to your browser.
There are two types:
-  Flash Player 10.1.53.7 RC (IE) :flashplayer10_1_rc_activex_040510.exe
- Flash Player 10.1.53.7 RC (Non-IE) :flashplayer10_1_rc_plugin_040510.exe

The current, officially released, version is 10,0,45,2.  There's no need or reason to recommend an RC/beta version here.  And, searching for an .exe file is not necessary.  Just go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/, which will verify whether Flash Player is installed and what version.  If it's not installed, or needs to be updated to the latest version, then click the link for Player Download Center on that page and proceed.
