Title: Antispyware XP

I know it is a virus but it has somehow wormed it's way onto my PC closing my internet a random, all the sites I've looked at to get rid of it don't help and it's stopping me from opening Maleware anti maleware, which a lot of the sites are saying to run. Any help?
