its like this...

everytime i try to open a shortcut to a system(my documents, pictures, C disk, my computer) it starts to loading something like that:

oh, i already deleted and reentered shortcuts, but it isnt helping...

You have a virus/spyware infection. Post again in the malware section, there are experts there.
