Hi everyone, a few nights ago my computer restarted itself for no reason and after doing some searching on what the problem could be I downloaded Sandra and found that my temprature was running at 58 degrees celcius and my CPU voltage is at 2.22V.
There is also a warning message that says the Vcore is higher than the rated maximum. I have no idea what this means, anyone that could help would be much appreciated!

No, I bought it as Best Buy, it's a Sony Vaio PCVRS520
-
I would contact the shop you bought it from angela.<warrenty>....vcore= overheating/overclocking i doubt if you have done that!
-
Shouldn't the Vcore be 1.5 volts?

Shouldn't the Vcore be 1.5 volts?
Depends on the processor.
-
It has a 3.0GHz Intel Pentium 4
It is not under warranty anymore and they don't provide support for it.
Is there anyway to adjust the volts?
-
You can under clock your processor in the BIOS.
-
I have no idea how to do that. Can you point me to a site that might explain it?
