I bought a new laptop. It won't connect to the internet using the ethernet cable. My old laptop and desktop connects with no problems. I keep getting a "limited or no connectivity error." If I unplug the ethernet cable, it says "no connection," so I know it the port works.
Any suggestions?

Follow the instructions here on:
limited or no connectivity (http://www.pchell.com/support/limitedconnectivity.shtml)
Also, provide more information about your OS version, Service Pack, etc..

Its a XP OS with SP3. I took it to work today and it connects with my wireless here.
