I have windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit installed already. I want to install xp 32-bit and run a duel-boot, what are the steps I need to do in order to do that. Thanks :)

Two suggestions:
guide 1 (http://www.sevenforums.com/installation-setup/27270-dualboot-windows-7-64bit-rtm-xp-32-bit.html)
guide 2 (http://apcmag.com/how_to_dual_boot_windows_xp_and_windows_7_xp_installed_first.htm)

See Here... (http://forums.techarena.in/tips-tweaks/1114826.htm)
I would back up everything just to make sure...
Question though...what do you need XP for ? ?
There is an XP compatibility mode available...
