Title: Computer wont let me install any maleware programs

Hi,
   I am having issues with a computer im looking at for a friend, when I try and install super anti spyware or spybot search and destroy it is coming back with an error, when trying to install spybot the error sais " error sending request " " the server name or address could not be resolved " and super anti spyware error is " error 1327 invalid drive H" now there is no drive H on the computer, the opp system is xp home edition with service pack 3 I have run maleware bytes and adaware both of these programs have picked up many spyware adaware got 9 and maleware picked up 27 but even afetr getting rid of of these it is still infected, are you able to help me please. thank you in advance.

any specialist on the forums will help you but fisrt they will tell you to post some logs.
