I am having trouble downlaoding windows media 10. It goes through all the steps like it's installing but then says setup could not be completed try again. I've tried several times but still not working. Could not find an answer on microsoft website. Any ideas?

Is the new media player compatible with your system? What are your specs.?

Empty both

C:\Windows\Prefetch and C:\Windows\temp.

Also use a registry cleaner.
