Title: Windows 193 error

I keep getting the following pop up when i try to run itunes:
itunes not properly installed. Please reinstall iItunes
Error 7 (Windows 193)
I have downloaded and reinstalled iTunes but keep getting the same message everytime i want to run iTunes
