Title: windows 98

When I load windows 98 without the boot floppy, I get 'missing or corrupted files.'These include c:/windows/himem.sys,c:/windows/dblbuff.sys, and c:/windows/isfhlp.sys. Then I get the 'unable to load Windows, cannot find  win.com. All I am trying to do is reload windows 98. However, I can’t do  so .When  I try to load windows 98 , I get the message , 'E drive not ready  abort,retry,fail.’
