Hello, I have an acer extensa 5420-5038 and it runs windows vista. When I attempt to power on my laptop it seems to try starting up. After about twenty seconds the laptop shuts back down, there is nothing on the screen while it does this. I have tried removing the battery and reinserting it, I have tried it with and without the charger with no change and I have tried just the charger with no battery and got the same results. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks
