hello!
I am primarily the only user of my computer, though I also have a guest account (standard user) and once made an account for a family member (administrator, but limited controls). these are the only accounts that show up under "user accounts" and on the start-up screen.
however, if I go to parental controls, another account shows up, a standard account but password protected, "D11DC22123D543D6BF43." I never made this account, and am kind of freaked out as to why it's there (something to do with if I ever take my computer in to get checked out?). I limited all its controls via parental controls, but... I'd really feel better if I could just delete it, or be given some logical explanation for its existence.
uh, help?

OK first welcome to Computer Hope.
I would remove that account using your admin account, this is quite simple. Then I would run full scans on your computer with a good Anti-virus software, we can help with them if you need advice on what to use.
If you need further help please post it here and we will help. ;)
