The title explains it all.

A server my friend gave me. He says that because it's for a good cause, I can install F@H on his other server that's running a Habbo Retro. Why, is it that good? Lol...

You can run the standard client with SMP clients. See: http://folding.stanford.edu/English/FAQ-SMP

You could probably get by with running more than one smp client on that system.I'm not sure how many, as I have never used a server. Set them up to run advanced/big WU's and get a passkey (http://folding.stanford.edu/English/FAQ-passkey) for extra points.

Tray it!  (http://www.teamcti.com/trayit/trayit.htm) is a helpful program to minimize your smp clients to the system tray.

Well, when I was using the regular client, the WUs varied anywhere from 300-500000 steps, with SMP, I haven't had a non-500000 step WU.

I would probably run normal Windows SMP on that system, it should scale to all 12 cores with the new A3 core.
Getting a passkey will allow you to collect the bonus points once 10 A3 units have been completed, which will greatly increase your output.
Previously I would have said run -bigadv on it - the 12 cores should be able to handle it despite the lower clock speed and performance per clock compared to say an i7 - but the newer units seem to be rather hit and miss so I wouldn't go down that road if I were you.
