Title: New sound card is unable to detect
Post by: Chilidrew on June 23, 2010, 04:32:29 PM
I just recently bought a new sound card. It's a Rocketfish 5.1 PCI. My old one fried idk what happen to it so i bought a new one. I put it together in the computer took the old one out then turned on the computer. I put in the disk and got a message "System is unable to detect a supported product on your system. Please ensure that your product is properly installed before running this setup program. Setup will exit. I tried taking it out reputting it back in same thing. Computer cannot detect it :( any idea why it wont? I was told to update my BIOS tried and still.
