Title: virus maybe?

 I think I may have a virus.....
 
 symptoms.......

 vista wont update
 I can only use firefox no other browser works, that just say "CANT CONNECT TO SERVER"
 my cpu is always maxed out
 sometimes when i type my computer puts it up on the screen backwords..... like if i type "CAT" it types "TAC" and whatever program im in i have to restart and the problem fixes itself....
computer isnt really slow I am just losing a little performance
 
 the problem is...... no virus, or spyware, or malware program will find my problem....

can anyone help me?
