Post by: kaka1980 on July 22, 2010, 10:25:29 PM
hi to all ... i copied some text from pdf file and pasted in MS word. i want to arrange that text lines one by one in simple paragraph. you can see in images. i do it manually by ''spacebar'' and ''delete button''  it takes bug time when i arrange 300 pages. is there is formatting tip for arranging text in one paragraph. i want only all lines one by one. No single line in one paragraph.

Try the technique explained in Removing Extra Breaks in Word Documents (http://wordprocessing.about.com/od/wordprocessingsoftware/qt/wordbreaks.htm).  Note: You may find that, instead of replacing ^p^p with ^p, as the article says, you may need to replace ^p with nothing, or, in other words, leave the "Replace with:" box empty.
