Title: xp wont start

Ok so i have a xp computer that will start up and display the blue boot screen then a black screen about how it did not shut down right and stuff so this is where it happens. i select any one of the options and it reboots.repeat repeat repeat...p.s. it is xp pro on a hp computer made in 2005. i havent edited  or changed any hardware and stuff? what do i do?

Disable the automatic restart,just to find what what is causing the reboot.
