Can anyone help with this item? When looking at any page on the screen the hourglass pops up next to the cursor. It flashes constantly- on an off at a high rate. if you move the cursor around to different areas of the page the hourglass may disappear. if it stays on the screen next to the cursor its always hyper an flashing. it does this even when the cursor isnt next to the hourglass. Any ideas all help would be greatly appreciated.
