turn off shadowing and caching in the BIOS???

why is it doing this, in the first place??

Complete sentences would be helpful, as it will help us figure out exactly what the computer is doing. What exactly is your issue?

The caching you are refering to is most likely the CPU cache. You do not want to disable this.
