Hey I am sorry but this is all I've got... My guide has asked me to embed a batch file with browser.... I don't know what does she mean by embedding a file with browser. Does it mean to start a browser from a batch file? If yes then it will be simple just by using START command I can do that... But still i am confused.... So please help me out...

Sounds like homework. You need to ask your teacher for a clearer explanation.
