CPU is running but Display is not coming NO signal screen
I checked all connecting wires.
Please give me solution :)

If you have a video card (not onboard video) check to be sure the card is properly seated in the motherboard.

Honestly with topics like these there are a lot of options that the user can take, but there is not enough information given to give an opinion that is accurate.
For example this post:
Can you confirm the monitor works?
Are there any windows noises heard? Eg does the machine still boot and login?
What are the specifications of the machine?
How old is the computer?
From there it could be:
reseat RAM
reseat Video card
replace Power supply
faulty motherboard
faulty hard drive preventing startup
damaged cable
faulty monitor
Multiple users could give several opinions, and can easily get confusing for not only the original poster, but also the volunteers trying to help, so these posts are generally avoided unless they have plenty of info.
This is not always the users fault, but there is a "read me first" topic in the forums

The first troubleshooting step is to make sure the display works. Either try the display on another system or try a different display on the system in question.
