Title: Need to convert NTFS to Fat

Hey I hope I can get someone to help me on this I need to convert a external seagate HD from NTFS to FAT because the component does not work with NTFS can it be done.........thanks.............two-dogs

You'll need a third party utility or you can reformat the drive.

There is nothing on it and I am trying to use Acronis to do a clean but said it will take over 16 hours.  So if I format the hd it will then be set to fat?

Your choice when you format it.
