well when i boot my PC in safe mode there is a list of drivers being loaded and frezzed at the driver called
multi(0)disk(0)partition(2)\Windows\system32\Drivers\isapnp.sys
i dont know how to fix i realy need help!!! ??? :'(

Can you get into windows at all?
Do you have an XP CD?

yes i do have the install CD

and no i cant even get to the windows loading screen

in safe mode it hangs at isapnp.sys

Have you change your booting sequence under BIOS set-up? Cd/Dvd drive first, save & exit. Your current OS should be the cd you are using in doing a recovery console. Are they the same? Make sure the cd is scratch-free or still readable. After booting sequence, It will ask you to "Press any key to boot from CD..." wait for the message, otherwise it will by-pass and boot back to your current installed OS.

i dont need to change boot order i have a boot menu witch asks me whether to boot normally, Diskette Drive, Hard Drive, IDE CD Drive

Does your computer boot fine in normal mode?
