1. I want to know if windows xp comes with microsoft word 2000 automatically.
2. If microsoft word 2000 doesn't come, then please tell me what word software it comes with.
3. I need to if windows xp has a firewall its self. Does it come with a firewall or not?
4. If it does, can scan and delete the viruses?

4. You are confusing Firewall with Anti-virus. They are not the same. You need both. Windows does not come an anti-virus.
